Village Meetings: Who's Gathering This Week (July 29-Aug. 2)

Patch tells you what boards, commissions and other panels are holding public meetings.

Each week, Patch will list the various Village of Tinley Park commissions, committees and other governmental bodies that are meeting over the next five days. These listings will note the top items on the agenda, as well.

Meetings are held at the Village Hall unless otherwise noted. Under the state's Open Meetings Act, notice of public meetings and their agendas must be posted at least 48 hours in advance. Agendas and minutes from past meetings can be found at the village website.
WEDNESDAY, JULY 31
Public Safety Committee, 6:30 p.m., Vogt Conference Room: The agenda includes discussion of a stop sign study for 88th Avenue and Mallard Road, and a no parking zone for the 183rd Street frontage road. Go to the village's website to see the complete agenda.

THURSDAY, AUG. 1
Plan Commission, 7:30 p.m.: The agenda includes voting to recommend approval for a drive-through window for the Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins shop at 9500 W. 179th St. Go to the village's website to see the complete agenda.
