Elephants (with watches) on parade
Chicago Tribune editorial cartoonist draws the Tribune's endorsement in the GOP governor's race.
The caption of the cartoon could be "Time flies, but elephants don't." Except, of course, for Dumbo the flying elephant, but I digress. That's not the caption though because this cartoon isn't about elephants but, rather, the party the elephant represents.
Four GOP candidates are running for governor. The Chicago Tribune only endorsed one. Only one candidate wears an $18 watch.
