Illinois' Unemployment Rate is Really High, but Many Cities in the State are Higher

Which Illinois cities have the highest unemployment rates?

Illinois' unemployment rate is at 8.7 percent, higher than every state in the nation except for Rhode Island. That's not good. At all.

And while some areas of the state are definitely better than that 8.7 rate, there are plenty of cities that are higher than 8.7. Much higher. In fact, Round Lake Beach, which had the highest unemployment rate for February, has almost double the unemployment rate the entire state has. Round Lake Beach tops the top ten list of cities with the highest unemployment rate for February.
