People are hauling out of Illinois at an alarming rate! Could this be the reason why?

In 2013, Illinois had the second highest share of outbound shipments in total interstate shipments in the nation, and for the second consecutive year, trailing only New Jersey.  We compared Illinois and Indiana, noting how migration patterns have consistently deteriorated for Illinois compared to its immediate (and relatively solvent) neighbor in recent years.

Just turn on the news and pay attention even though its selected reporting and U will get some idea of whats cooking and it isn't Polish sausage people.
