The 2012-2013 school year has seen a 34.4% decline in the number of individuals taking the dreaded LSATs from the 170,000 people that took the test in 2009-2010.
Despite these staggering stats, some studies show that, while a JD may not be as profitable as it once was, the yearly earnings of a a law school grad are still significantly higher than than without a secondary degree -- especially over time.
