Endorsement Train Has Left the Station

Media outlets around the state are starting to make endorsements for the March primary.

There’s a never-ending argument about how much newspaper endorsements affect political races. But there’s no argument that candidates who get endorsed by news media outlets love to use them to their advantage.

With early voting for the March 18 primary under way, some publications already have rolled out their endorsements in the Republican and Democratic gubernatorial primaries.
