Grading metropolitan areas based on intelligence can be subjective, but we feel like Lumosity gives us a good barometer of which Illinois towns are the smartest. Do you live in one of them?
Ithaca, New York may carry the title as the smartest metro area in the nation, at least according to Lumosity. And that makes sense, since it's the home to both Cornell University and Ithaca College. So it is no surprise the smartest metro area in Illinois is also home to an institute of higher education. But which metro area is it?
