UPDATE: In the final push for Patch's School Spirit Playoff Challenge, local editor Joe Vince has decided to sweeten the pot a bit. Along with a canned good being donated to Together We Cope for every photo shared, Joe will donate $25 to the Red Cross to help relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy if Tinley Park Patch receives 200 photos. If it hits 225 photos, Joe will donate $50. That means your pictures can have a positive effect locally and nationally. Deadline to post photos is before game time, which is 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.

Hey Tinley Park — are you ready to show your school spirit and help the hungry along the way?

The Tinley Park Titans will face Joliet Catholic Academy in the next round of the high school football playoffs, and Patch is challenging each school community and its fans to rise to the challenge. In the School Spirit Playoff Challenge, Titans fans and Hilltoppers fans are asked to share their school spirit with their respective communities by uploading photos to Patch.

For every photo that shows the school spirit of the Tinley Park Titans, Tinley Park Patch will donate one canned good to Together We Cope. Over in Joliet, each photo shared by the fans of Joliet Catholic Academy will result in a canned good donation to MorningStar Mission.

The more photos, the more food we'll deliver.

The school community to upload the most photos before the playoff game wins the Spirit Challenge. But everyone wins through the food we'll be able to contribute to Together We Cope and MorningStar Mission.
