Millions of Americans suffer from aches and pains daily. But at what level of distress should you seek help to find relief from your pain? 

Silver Cross Hospital is offering a lecture series titled Aches & Pains on determining when to seek help, and eliminating soreness in various areas of the body that will educate area residents on how to do so. 

All participants will receive a GIFT BAG which includes a complimentary joint and back screening performed by a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician from the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago at Silver Cross, and other items to help you stay active. ($125 Value)

Leg & Back Pain
