Day 1: Dedicated to defense, pitching, speed, and agility training. Kids will run through the various fundamentals of fielding and throwing for infield, outfield, and catching. Pitchers will be taken through the motions of being a successful pitcher. They will learn the correct mechanics, balance, and power all of which will help them reach the next level.
Day 2: Dedicated to every aspect of hitting. Kids will be taken through various stations to work on specifics parts of their swing. They will learn several drills that can be done at home.
