Cardio Blast With Strength

Are you ready for an amazing workout? In this class, you’ll engage in a variety of intense cardio workouts including kickboxing, Step, athletic drills, dance, and more. Using free weights, resistance balls, and jump ropes, you’ll shape up and tone down in no time! Utilize the fast-paced strength building portion of the class to sculpt your muscles for an amazing total body workout! Senior discounts apply for this program. This class will meet every Tuesday from July 14 to September 1. The fee for this class is $48 Resident/$72 Non-resident.
