Gimme 5: Talking Playoffs with Tinley Football QB Sheridan
In a five question interview, Tinley Park quarterback Kyle Sheridan gives his thoughts on games he's excited for, coach Nick Johnston and what other position he'd like to play.
As a senior leader on the Tinley Park football team, Kyle Sheridan knows the importance of a good training camp.
An all-conference quarterback as a junior, Sheridan helped lead the Titans to a third-place finish in the South Suburban Blue, a playoff victory and a 7-4 record last year. And with the start of a new season less than two weeks away, he has been itching to get back onto the field.
"I like summer camp and throwing the ball at the 7-on-7s, but I'm ready to get this season started," Sheridan said.

He is a life-long Bears fan, but was disappointed when his favorite player, Greg Olsen, was traded to the Carolina Panthers. Sheridan said he will root for Johnny Knox in Olsen's absence.
The Titans kick off their season Friday, Aug. 26, with a home game against Bogan.
