On His Game: Andrew QB Tyler Hook
The Thunderbolts quarterback tells Patch what it's like to lead an offense and what other position he'd like to play if he wasn't a QB.
Tyler Hook was eager to get back to practice this summer in preparation for the new football season. The quarterback enjoys being around his teammates, and he’s hoping to help drive the T-bolts to the playoffs.
The first-year starter says he feels prepared to run the offense after serving as a backup quarterback last year. Hook says he enjoyed working with first-year head coach Jim Malec in the offseason.
"I like playing for coach Malec a lot. He is really enthusiastic and makes sure everyone works hard," Hook said.

Standing at 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds, Hook has the arm strength to spread the field and deliver strikes downfield. but the T-bolts will look to bounce back Friday at Eisenhower.
