PHOTOS: Tinley Park Bulldogs Kick Off Season With Parade

Junior versions of the Cubs, White Sox and other teams took to the fields--after they took to the streets--for the start of spring ball Sunday.

It was a perfect day for the start of spring ball Sunday, April 17, as the sun was out for the Tinley Park Bulldogs league season opener.

Every team in the league paraded to the field for the opening day festivities, followed by a classic Cubs-vs.-White Sox game from every age group.

It was a great day for all! Thanks to all the volunteers - board members, managers, coaches, team moms, clean-up crews, field maintenance staff, concessions staff, etc. - without their help, we could not have as AWESOME of an organization as we do!

I took at least one shot of each opening game, including the Girls 10U game. I couldn't stay for the later games. As for the parade I just use the ones that stood out the most, which did include one of the girls float. It was very hard to edit them down.
