Sometimes a setback can gnaw at you for a period of time.

Not this one.

After dropping a game to Lincoln-Way North, Andrew's softball team bounced back in a big way. The T-Bolts erupted for a 7-3 victory over Lincoln-Way West when the two met recently in New Lenox.

A combination of solid hitting and strong defense helped Andrew secure the victory. Junior Brooke Hofer and sophomore Katie Christner combined to pitch the win.

"The girls recovered well after a very disappointing lose to Lincoln-Way North," Andrew coach James Holba said. "We pitched (well) and came up with huge hits, which is always good to see.  We hope to keep playing like we did."
