Relay For Life of Tinley Park/Orland Park
Kickoff Party!
Fight back against cancer by joining with neighbors, friends, cancer survivors and caregivers to kick off this year’s American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Tinley Park/Orland Park on February 9, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Tinley Park.
Area residents are encouraged to attend this fun, energizing celebration to learn more about Relay For Life. Information will be available on a wide variety of topics including team formation, volunteer opportunities, survivor and caregiver activities, and 2012 highlights. Refreshments will be served.
Relay For Life is an overnight event to “Celebrate. Remember. Fight Back.” Teams from local businesses, schools, churches, community groups and families build awareness and raise funds - prior to and at the event - to fight cancer and save lives faster. Relay For Life of Tinley Park/Orland Park will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. June 2-3, 2012 at Tinley Park High School in Tinley Park.
