Patch Raises $150 in Food for Together We Cope

Volunteering at Chicago Food Depository benefits south suburban help agency.

Patch editors spent about three hours packing food boxes at the Chicago Food Depository on Thursday, July 11, to raise funds for Together We Cope.

Working alongside United Way volunteers, the editors helped pack 11,760 cans of food into 490 boxes to be sent to food pantries.

In doing so, Patch raised $150 in food credit for Together We Cope.
