SATURDAY, OCT. 12
Fall Fun Fest! 
KIDS ALERT: Fun shall be had in Tinley Park on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Fun includes a maze, pumpkins, games, prizes, costumes, petting zoo and pony rides. Located at 18500 92nd Ave. Find out more info. 

Cold-blooded Critters Invade Tinley: 
Cold-blooded creatures return to Tinley Oct. 12, with the North American Reptile Breeders Conference and Trade Show. Open to the public, this high quality, captive-bred-only reptile show brings together top dealers from across the country offering thousands of exotic and pet-friendly “herps.” Don’t miss this opportunity to get up-close and personal with snakes, frogs, turtles, geckos, iguanas, and tortoises! Find out more details. 

'Creep Out' Cancer at Costume Bowling Bash: The Cancer Support Center invites residents to Tinley Bowl Saturday, Oct. 12, for a night of scares, spares and strikes. The fun starts at 8 p.m. and ends at midnight. Tickets are $30, and include pizza, pop, bowling and a candy dash. Find out more details

Park District's Fall Arts and Craft Fair: Welcome the fall with new crafts for your home. The fair will highlight many of the talented crafters in the community. Exhibits are open to the public at no charge. 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Recreation Center. 

SUNDAY, OCT. 13
Third Annual Bag Crawl along Oak Park Avenue: Don't miss the 3rd Annual Bag Crawl along historic Oak Park Avenue in Tinley Park, brought to you by the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce. This event, geared toward folks 21 and over, involves a trek along OPA—and many games of "cornhole." Registration begins at 12 p.m. at Ed & Joe's Restaurant & Pizzeria, where you'll also toss your first bag of the day. The first group of crawlers will leave Ed & Joe's at 1 p.m.; the second group at 1:30 p.m. From Ed & Joe's you'll travel north to the VFW Lodge. From the lodge you'll head south to Durbin's followed by the American Legion, Harald Viking Lodge, Remax 1st Service at Carey's Car Care, Cuzin's Neighborhood Bar, Bettenhausen Fiat, and we'll wrap it up at J.W.Hollsteins. Each stop will have snacks and drink specials for all Bag Crawl participants. Find out more.
