The ladies at Aileen's have not been very attentive - to phone messages or emails. The phone always seems to go to voicemail and I often wondered if anyone was ever in the office. I wasn't very confident that if something happened with my trip, that I would be able to get in touch with them to resolve any issues.
I was also a first time traveler with now idea of what was a good place to stay, or what good airfares were and found that I did most of the work into looking at hotels myself.
I will never use this agency again.
