Penny and her staff at Heathers' Haus are the pre-eminent (that means 'nobody does it better') florist in the Southland. I have been shopping here since moving back to the area from Miami in 2001. They always make time to help you meet your floral decorative needs, and they always work within your budget. The flowers last at least a week, and I personally have managed, with care, to get closer to 2 weeks out of some arrangements; FABULOUS! Shopping anyplace else will only bring you back to Heather's Haus!

For a retirement get together, I received a rose arrangement. It was truly stunning. Can't really describe it accurately, but it was very creative and artistic, nothing that you would typically find. The roses lasted for 6 days even with the hot weather and being taken to a luncheon and then home. I even posted pictures of them on computer. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Heathers Haus did my Mom and Dads 50th Wedding Anniversary flower arrangements for the bridal party,church altar,and the tables at the banquet hall. Everyone complemented how elegant,absolutley GORGEOUS all the flowers were. The staff is very professional,caring and they make u feel at home.They deserve MORE than a 5 star. Can't wait for my son and his friends to have Heather Haus do the flowers for Homecoming. We wouldn't go any where else!!!

Best florist in the entire area. I'm getting sick of the friends of the other shop leaving 1 star ratings because of some stupid contest. If they can't handle a reader's criticism, take it up with them. All this because someone pointed out that he other shop uses catalog photos. Guess what, someone posted various links to prove they do. You can't deny the truth, Heather's Haus designs and photos are their work, the other shop uses pictures and designs that can be found on various online floral shops. I was trying to stay out of the muck until they started abusing the rating system because of the best florist contest. And by the way, I don't see any of Heather's Haus customers leaving 1 star ratings and blasting their rating. So who's the classless shop?

I always enjoy going to Heather's Haus. Not only do they have the freshest flowers but the owner's personality is A+. No matter how busy she is always takes time with me picking out flowers for my wife. She goes the extra mile in getting out the best produce. Kudos to her. We came across Heathers Haus florist when we were planning our daughter's wedding and have been going back ever since. Not only did the flowers for the wedding look great, the flowers on the tables at the reception were beautiful. i enjoy having fresh flowers in my house all the time so i love the $5.00 cash and carry bouquets. My family now orders all special occasions arraingments from Heathers since they know the flowers are always fresh and last a long time.

We wouldn't turn to any other florist. Their items are always beautiful and last for weeks. Very easy to work with as well.

Tina, people is glass houses shouldn't throw stones. First if you have a problem with the picture, take it up with the Patch. Heather's Haus nor no one that I know besides the paper has control of what people upload or post. If you had checked with the village, Heather's Haus was a PAID sponsor for the concert. The other florist you love so much, just happened to pick that particular concert to volunteer for the downtown committee and be an emcee for their friends? Something they've never done before. I think not. Talk about nasty, classless and unprofessional.

The staff at Heathers Haus is amazing. They make you feel so welcome and they are willing to do anything that you ask for! They did my wedding and everything was beautiful - from the church to my bouquet! My husband also goes to get me flowers. Very friendly atmosphere and great arrangements.
