Wally Herman is a stand-up guy. I began dealing with his shop in 2001, and since that time have referred my father-in-law, my mother-in-law, and even one brother-in-law, all with outstanding results. Wally is first and foremost a family man, but his business acumen places him in such high regard that I consistently refer prospects to him without hesitation. This is a man who epitomizes the work ethic, honor, self-respect and respect for others which many small business owners are known for, as opposed to the large or mega-corporation, which plots and schemes to entrap customers, and then shifts any blame away from itself with corporate lawyers.
