Tinley Pizza Shops Serve Up Pies for Sick Siblings' Fundraiser
The Frankfort Area Jaycees are holding a benefit Tuesday at Hilda Walker Intermediate School to help the family of Bella and Liam Brya, who both have rare health disorders.
When Bella Brya was 2 years old, she collapsed at home because of a brain aneurism. “In a couple minutes’ time, our lives changed forever,” said Allison, Bella’s mother. Today, Bella is a 7-year-old student in Lincoln-Way Area Special Education District 843. She is homebound and currently receives physical therapy, occupational therapy and sleep therapy. The Frankfort Area Jaycees are hosting Pizza for Bella, a fundraiser to help cover the Brya family’s medical expenses, on Tuesday, Feb. 26.
