Stealing of the copper pipe right out of a house in an upscale neighborhood doesn't surprise me when TInley Park cops allow the junkers and scavengers to roam freely through town, espeacillay on garbage days. You see dozens of beat up old pick-up trucks driving around packed with peoples grills, lawn furniture, and anything else they left in thier yards.   more ›
