Photo Hunt: The Search for Local Clues Continues
Our crew of nearly 20 Southland Patch editors, ad managers and other staff will descend on Tinley May 30 to sprinkle goodies and volunteerism throughout the community. As a preview, let's go on a virtual scavenger hunt!
Day two of our weeklong scavenger hunt is upon us. The game will culminate Wednesday, May 30, when Patchers blanket Tinley Park with our zealous spirit, volunteer efforts and most importantly for you — LOTS of giveaways, such as free gift cards to anyone who utters the secret word, "Zabrocki", to us while we are out and about that day. READ: 'Tour de Patch' Heads to Tinley but First, Let's Hunt for Clues If you can identify where the photo was taken that accompanies this story, you get free coffee from Patch in the form of a Starbucks gift card. And the Winners of the Patch Mother's Day Contest Are ...
It was a tough job, but somebody had to do it. Two Patch editors and a representative from Amato Salon and Spa name the top three entries in Patch's 'Mommy Needs a Makeover' contest.
Our Patch readers sure love their moms. We asked you to share what makes mom special, and many of you plucked at heartstrings across the Southland with your entries. After weeks of our 'Mommy Needs a Makeover' contest, the Patch panel of judges was left with the daunting task of choosing a grand prize winner.
