Teen Charged With Armed Robbery

A 17-year-old boy was charged as an adult on two counts of attempted robbery after he and another person allegedly tried to rob two kids, according to Tinley Park Police.

A 17-year-old boy faces armed robbery charges after he and another person allegedly tried to rob two juveniles Feb. 18, according to a Tinley Park Police press release. Jordan Dwyer, of the 6600 block of West 165th Place, was charged with two counts of attempted armed robbery. Although he is a teenager, Dwyer was charged as an adult, and he is being held on $100,000 bail in the Cook County Jail. His next court date is March 18.
