A 19-year-old Palos man accused of giving heroin to a teen girl was sentenced to two years in the state prison for violating his probation on an earlier theft conviction. Matthew Lefebvre's most recent arrests in connection to an Oct. 26, 2012 incident, where police were called at 11:30 p.m. to a home in the 11000 block of Helena Drive to help with an ambulance call for a teen who had overdosed, violated his probation, authorities said. The teen was hospitalized but didn't die from the overdose. The girl reportedly overdosed a second time in November and Lefebvre was arrested again. Lefebvre is expected to plead guilty to the misdemeanor child endangerment charges for the overdose incidents, but court records didn't reflect any plea …
